air-manner. Most of what you say about it has no
subject at all: English says it's raining, and Pikotika just says
Ri ruva.

Weather takes an indefinite subject: open
with ri and say what's happening.

Temperature
Temperature is womesur
hot-amount. Pikotika is used around the world, so
a temperature is in Celsius unless you say otherwise; to give it in Fahrenheit,
add Veranaito.
